In the age of conscious self-care we begin to learn that among things that are truly relaxing, sometimes self-care can be bothersome and uncomfortable. Mental Health is often seen as a secret & under a negative light. It is our duty that in our wellness routines we acknowledge our traumas & tackle our mental health in a positive light.

On August 14th from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Wilmington Library, Catch us for It’s Okay Sis – a conversational event for women about stereotypes regarding Mental Health and how to be healthy about your mind!
